PRE-INSTALLATION:
With our expertise and many years of experience we can supervise and execute the pre-installation according to the technical data that is provided by the manufacturer.
The life time on the equipment´s will increase, less downtime and less costs in the long term.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM):
The primary goal is to avoid the consequences of failure of equipment and we are using well-designed check lists to preserve and restore equipment reliability by cleaning, repairing or in some cases replacing parts.
We are happy to provide you a scheduled preventive maintenance contract to increase the up-time.
VALIDATION (PQ):
Establishing documented evidence that provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process will constantly produce a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.
We are able to validate Installation, operations and performance of equipment such as:
INSTALLATION (IQ/OQ):
We are highly qualified to install all Getinge equipment´s and every installation will be executed with our version on IQ/OQ, unless an IQ/OQ protocol has been provided by the manufacturer.
EQUIPMENT DOWN OR BAD PERFORMANCE?
We are able to resolve all the issues you have on your Getinge equipment(s)!
CALIBRATION:
All our calibration equipment´s are calibrated with certifications to meet all the requirements in various infection control areas.
STEAM QUALITY TEST:
Our steam test quality test kit is compliance with European Regulatory Standards EN 285 and CFPP 01-01 (replaces HTM 2010) – and now USA Guidance AAMI ST79 & PDA TR#1.

All spare parts are supplied from Getinge unless it´s obsolete.
